Changes in Rodamco Asia´s Supervisory Board

The shareholders of Rodamco Asia N.V. (the ‘Company’) today approved the appointment Mr Rob van Gelder as member of the Company’s Supervisory Board in an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.

At the same meeting, Mr Andrew Land has resigned as member of the Supervisory Board. Mr Land moved abroad some time ago and has awaited the appointment of a successor before resigning from the Board. Rodamco Asia owes Mr Land a great deal of gratitude for his contributions and the manner in which he has fulfilled his duties as a Supervisory Director for Rodamco Asia in recent years.

Mr Van Gelder (57) has served on the Managing Board of Koninklijke Boskalis Westminster since 1986 and has chaired this Board since 1993. Mr Van Gelder is also on the Supervisory Boards of, amongst other companies, H.E.S. Beheer N.V., Brunel International N.V., Delta Lloyd Euro Fonds N.V. and Delta Lloyd Euro Investment N.V. In addition, Mr Van Gelder is a member of the Advisory Board of ABN-AMRO.

After appointment of Mr Van Gelder and resignation of Mr Land, the new Supervisory Board will consist of Mr Hans Eric Jansen (chairman), Mr Alan Hill and Mr Rob van Gelder.
