CBRE Global Investors is undertaking a full scale redevelopment of Seven Dials Warehouse, 42-56 Earlham Street, Covent Garden London. This historical building will offer 40,000 ft² of prime office space.
Seven Dials Warehouse is a big slice of Covent Garden’s past. It was once a Victorian brewery and a stationer’s warehouse. More recently is has been the headquarters of Facebook, Expedia and King.com.
The building was listed in 2002 as it is considered to be of national importance as a rare survival of an industrial warehouse in central London. It was given Grade II status. It comprises six floors and has a 3,000 ft² roof terrace with panoramic views across London.
Laura Wilson Brown, Director, CBRE Global Investors commented: “This is a unique opportunity for the London office market. The building is steeped in history and the refurbishment will be bringing the modern and old together offering fantastic office space. The character and prominent location have been the inspiration behind the scheme’s design. We look forward to welcoming a tenant to what we believe to be an exceptional offer in one of the most diverse of London submarkets.”
CBRE Global Investors has instructed Bluebook and Colliers to let Seven Dials Warehouse.
