Castellum invests SEK 502 mln (SE)

Castellum AB (publ) has through the wholly owned subsidiary Fastighets AB Brostaden acquired five properties and one leasehold in Sollentuna, Botkyrka, Stockholm and Huddinge.

The acquisition consists of 27,011 m² of which 20,933 m² warehouse, 3,270 m² office and 2,808 m² retail, and are largely located near the company's existing portfolio. The investment amounted to SEK 214 mln (approx. €24.3 mln), after reduction for assessed deferred tax.

The portfolio has an occupancy rate of approx. 95% and the change of possession has taken place.

In the same transaction Fastighets AB Briggen acquired two properties and one leasehold in Malmö. The acquired properties consists of 13,574 m² of which 9,974 m² office and 3,600 m² warehouse premises. The leasehold consists of an unutilized building right of approx. 9,000 m². The acquisitions are located near Briggen's existing portfolio and are fully let. The investment amounted to SEK 168 mln (approx. €19 mln) after reduction for assessed deferred tax and the change of possession has taken place.

Aspholmen Fastigheter AB has acquired two office properties in central Uppsala near the company's existing portfolio. The properties consists of 7,260 m² office premises and has an occupancy rate of approx. 60%. The investment amounted to SEK 120 mln (approx. €13.6 mln) after reduction for assessed deferred tax and the change of possession has taken place.
