CA Immo has completed the sale of Mariahilfer Strasse 17 in Vienna. The buyer is IG Immobilien - the company has extensive experience in the management of mixed-use buildings in prime inner-city locations.
Centrally located on Mariahilfer Strasse, one of Vienna's main shopping streets, the property totals c. 3,600m2 of ground-floor high street retail and above-ground office space. The last reported occupancy was 92%.
