CA Immo has successfully closed the sale of the “Donau Business Center” office building, which comprises approximately 23,000m² of gross leasable area (GLA). The transaction has closed at a premium to the book value as of 31 December 2021. The property is located at the waterfront of the Danube River in Vienna’s second district, within the office market Prater and is well accessible by public transport and by car. The current occupancy rate of Donau Business Center is around 95%. The purchase price was not disclosed.
