C€LOGIX Property Fund (“C€LOGIX”), the Euro Zone logistics and distribution property fund managed by Aberdeen Property Investors Continental Europe (“API”), has expanded with the € 66 million acquisition of four logistics distribution centres comprising 112,000 m².
The following properties have been acquired:
In Mechelen, close to Brussels in Belgium, the third phase of a 33,000 m² distribution centre has been acquired. The third phase comprises 4,032 m² let to New Wave Logistics. C€LOGIX already has phase one and two of the distribution centre.
In Willebroek in Belgium a high grade distribution centre, comprising 44,000 m² of storage space with offices, has been acquired. It is long-term leased to Blits Belgium NV. Willebroek is situated in the “Golden Triangle” of Antwerpen-Brussels-Gent.
In Lille in France a new 32,000 m² distribution centre has been acquired. It has direct access to a railway and is long-term leased to a food distributor.
In Madrid in Spain C€LOGIX obtained a modern logistics complex comprising 31,000 m² of storage space with offices. It is long-term leased to the Grupo Logistico Santos and other related tenants.
