BNP Paribas REIM, on behalf of the real estate fund “Concepto”, acquired the Deloitte Headquarters in Milan from SIGNA Funds.
The building, located in Milan via Tortona 25, is fully occupied by Deloitte and features almost 28,000 m² of total area dedicated to office use. The transaction has been closed at a total price of around €115m.
“Concepto” is an alternative real estate fund dedicated to institutional investors with an investment target of commercial buildings. For the transaction’ closing, BNP Paribas REIM has been advised by the legal firms GianniOrigoni-Grippo-Cappelli Partners and Studio Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, and by the advisors Savills, REAAS e Habitech Distretto Tecnologico Trentino.
