The architectural landmark is located in the greater CBD of Milan with an excellent connection to the public transport. The building is fully let and is the HQ of an insurance group.
The property features almost 15,000 m² of office area, offering Class A office accommodation by displaying a flexible and high-quality working environment to its tenant. The purchase price amounts to ca. €42m.
