As the leading European players in the real estate services sector, the Vendome Rome group, which is accelerating its strategic redeployment, and BNP Paribas Immobilier have reached agreement for the early acquisition of the whole of ATIS REAL International by BNP Paribas Immobilier, taking its capital holding from 49.98% to 100%.
ATIS REAL International, in which BNP Paribas Immobilier took a stake in March 2004, owns the following corporate real estate services companies (i.e. companies involved in international transactions, consultancy, valuation and management): ATIS REAL Auguste Thouard, ATHF and EXPERTIM in France, ATIS REAL WEATHERALLS in the UK, ATIS REAL MULLER in Germany, and ATIS REAL subsidiaries in Spain and Benelux.
Vendome Rome, through the ADYAL group, in which it has a 75% stake and Credit Lyonnais Private Equity has 25%, has refocused its external growth strategy on the non-sales corporate real estate services sector by acquiring the DBA group, which operates in France, Spain, Benelux, Switzerland and the United States. The ADYAL group covers practically all the activities in corporate real estate services except, significantly, transactions. With a turnover of nearly € 100M, it is a leader in consultancy and user services in continental Europe.
BNP Paribas Immobilier´s position as leader in corporate real estate services in continental Europe is already confirmed with commissions totalling nearly € 300M.
