Bidwells announced the appointment of operational living expert Iain Murray and the acquisition of his former Cortland Consult team.
The strategic move is a significant step towards capitalising on the growing operational living market, positioning Bidwells in the multi-disciplinary advisory space within the living sector, and harnessing cross-selling and unlocking capital markets opportunities.
Iain Murray, former Senior Director BTR Consultancy (Europe) of Cortland Consult, becomes Head of Operational Living at Bidwells. The acquisition fully integrates Murray’s client portfolio and expert team into Bidwells’ newly established Operational Living department.
