Bankhaus Wölbern buys new office building ABN Amro in Zwolle (NL)

Bankhaus Wölbern has bought the new office building of ABN Amro Assurantiën in Zwolle (the Netherlands) for €80 million. The new building consists of 30,000 m² of office space and will be placed in Bankhaus Wölbern's Holland 60 CV. Willem Stephan Makelaars acted on behalf of the selling party.

The new office of ABN Amro is situated next to highway A28 and consists of two buildings. The highest building will be 95.5 meters high (19 floors) and offers space for 470 cars and 25 motorcycles in the parking garage. After completion, this tower will be the highest in Zwolle. Next to the tower, two lower buildings will be built (of 4 and 6 floors).

The developer is a syndicate made up of Bouwfonds MAB Ontwikkeling and Spoolderwerk BV. Spoolderwerk BV is a cooperation of Moes Bouwbedrijf, DLH Projektontwikkeling (Zwolle) and Trebbe Bouw Oost & Noord. The office building will be delivered mid 2006. On the same location a retail development of 20,000 m² is planned.
