Ask Real Estate and The Richardson Family have appointed BAM Construction as a contractor for the major office project in Manchester. The scheme will comprise 130,900ft² spread over 9 stories and will be targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating. The scheme is already pre-let to The Government Property Agency, and will house 700 civil servants. The enabling works are now underway.

The scheme will be delivered to achieve a Design for Performance NABERS rating of 5.5 stars making it the most sustainable building in operation in Manchester City Centre.”
