AXA IM - Real Assets has agreed the acquisition, on behalf of its clients, of a c. 4,320 m² core mixed-use development in the prime location of Wiesbaden, Germany. The developer is FGI Frankfurter Gewerbeimmobilien. The purchase price was undisclosed.
The property is located in the very heart of Wiesbaden´s city centre on the luxury avenue of Wilhelmstraße, directly opposite the beautiful Kurpark and will offer 2,794 m² of residential space, 1,523 m² of 3-4 retail units on the ground floor and a retail office on the first floor, as well as 64 underground parking units. The construction work has already started and delivery is expected in the second quarter of 2018.
The brand new building will benefit from a high quality and modern standard, with a high quality natural stone façade and an architectural design.
Wiesbaden is located in central western Germany and is the capital of the federal state of Hessen. The city, which is part of the Frankfurt Rhine Main Region, is easily accessible by car and train with S-Bahn S1, S8 and S9, Frankfurt International Airport at 25km and direct connections to the Autobahn A66.
