Avestus completes Enterprise Park's Phase 2 in Krakow (PL)

The construction of the second phase of Krakow's Enterprise Park continues. The installation of building C's external facade has just been completed. In a couple of days only teams involved in the internal systems installation or finishing works to accommodate the space to tenants' needs will remain on site. The opening of the C building is slated to take place in late August/early September this year. Enterprise Park is being developed by Avestus Real Estate.

Enterprise Park's Phase Two is the third and the largest office building in the complex. Buildings A and B were completed in 2012 and are already fully occupied. The four-store building C will offer future tenants 14,000 m² of modern class A office space.
