Arkea REIM acquired the Axiom Portfolio, consisting of two life science assets, located at the Port of Rotterdam and the Port of Amsterdam.
The buildings collectively boast c. 7,600m² of lettable floor space with ample outside parking spaces. Both properties have an EPC label A.
The properties are fully leased to a world-leading company in laboratory testing, inspection and certification services. This company has 80,000 employees located in more than 1,600 offices and laboratories around the globe.
