Arka BZ WBK real estate investment foundation is adding to its already bulging portfolio. Their string of acquisitions now includes the Quattro Forum office building in Wrocław. The contract was signed on Friday and is worth PLN 68.4 million (approx. 16.5m) net.
The 19,900 m² building is situated on ul. Legnickiej. The building was constructed and then sold to ACP, which is a joint venture between Archicom, Cukrobank and Polski Związek Inżynierów and Techników Budownictwa.
