Project developer Amstelland NV sold three office buildings and one shopping center, totalling 40,000 m2. Proceeds amounted to € 80 million. Buyers are Nieuwe Steen Investment, PVF Kantorenfonds, DG Anlage and Hanze Vast Beleggingen. The objects are located in Amersfoort, Maastricht and Raalte.
