AM acquires first project in Poland (NL/PL)

AM Development Poland has won the tender for the purchase of the land in the city of Koszalin, Poland for development of a shopping center. Koszalin is located in the north-central part of Poland and is the capital of the province. Koszalin has 115,000 inhabitants with a rather isolated catchment area of 400,000 persons. During the summer another 1,000,000 tourists visit this area at the Baltic Sea.

AM will develop a shopping center with a total size of 44,000 m2 which includes a hypermarket of 12,000 m2, a Do-It-Yourself store of 12,000 m2 and a retail & leisure program of 20,000 m2. The land has an excellent location and it is the only area for which a planning permit including a hypermarket and Do-It-Yourself store was granted.
