Investments in offices by non-listed real estate for institutional investors Altera Vastgoed have yielded better results in 200 than investments in shops. The total result in offices was 8.6 percent. In shops, the results amounted to 7.4 percent.
Commercial space yielded 7.8 percent while the housing fund gained the best results at 15.6 percent. This was mainly due to a high indirect result of 11.6 percent wich was caused by a revaluation of a loan.
