AMB Property Corporation has appointed European distribution industry and real estate specialist Alfred Vos as Senior Vice President, Director of Project Development for Europe, responsible for directing AMB's development growth in Europe.
Vos, 35, has 10 years of pan-European development and operations experience and most recently served as executive vice president and general manager of Europe for The Facility Group, a U.S.-based planning, engineering and construction management services company focused on the distribution and logistics sectors. Previously, Vos was legal and finance director for large real estate projects at Arenthals Grant Thornton and The Facility Group in the Netherlands and the U.S.
Over the last 6 years, Vos has led development projects totaling approximately 550 million of distribution and manufacturing facilities in multiple European locations including the Netherlands, France, Germany and Spain for global customers Procter & Gamble, Penske, Coca-Cola, General Electric and Foot Locker.

Vos holds an MBA in accounting and tax law. He is fluent in Dutch, English and German.
