Aitch Group has announced the appointment of James Hicks as Head of Residential Sales and Marketing. Having played a key role in launching and delivering several successful projects for the company in the past, James returns with extensive experience and a strong understanding of the East London property market.
James first joined Aitch Group in 2018 to launch Bagel Factory, the company’s largest development for sale at the time. Following its resounding success, he continued to oversee the delivery of seven further developments across London and the Home Counties, achieving a total of approximately 390 unit sales over four and a half years. Most recently, James led the sales of a large-scale, best-in-class development, where he achieved record-breaking values for the location. With the successful completion of that project, the timing was ideal for him to return to Aitch Group and take the helm in leading the company’s residential sales and marketing strategy, starting with its upcoming development, The Langdon.
