Affine group announces the creation of a new subsidiary, Affine Building Construction & Design (ABCD), dedicated to the engineering of turnkey construction.. This new entity will expand Affines expertise in the commercial property sector.
Through an innovating approach of the design and construction activity, ABCD will provide reliable solutions to the groups clients and third parties for the realization of their real estate projects (offices, logistics platforms, shopping centers, production units, research centers, care facilities).
ABCD will cover three areas:
- logistics
- complex operations
- coaching of clients abroad
The ABCD will clearly be Europe-oriented : it will lead projects in France, but also in Spain, Germany and Great Britain.
Nominations for the management of ABCD
Patrick Canac and Francis Robert will be the managers of ABCD with Ariel Lahmi, its Chairman, who is also a director of Affine. Both of them are expert in construction engineering and they will bring their knowledge and their expertise to this new entity.
Patrick Canac and Francis Robert, who were the managers of one of the leading players of the sector until then, have acquired a 20 year-experience in negotiating, arranging and managing great property projects for many French and international groups.
