The asset was built in 2007 and totals over 15,000m2 spread across two buildings, plus 112 parking spaces in the basement. The clinic is operated by the ELSAN Group and is let on a 12-year lease which took effect in 2023. Clinique du Parc caters for 22,000 patients on average per year and the asset is host to five centres of excellence specialising in outpatient surgery, medical imaging and physiotherapy practice, including 18 operating rooms and 185 beds.
Located on Boulevard Stalingrad in the 6th district of Lyon, close to the Parc de la Tete d'Or, the clinic benefits from strong transport links, situated 500 metres from Charpennes metro and tram station and 2 km from the Lyon Part-Dieu railway station.
