AEW Europe has acquired 17 Avenue Matignon in Paris, an office and retail asset, on behalf of an institutional investor.
Located in Paris CBD, the 7,200m² asset was fully refurbished in 2012. The offices are fully let to Hogan Lovells law firm, with the retail space comprising a Richard Mille flagship store. The building is located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, approxmately 330 meters from the station Champs-Elysées-Clemenceau.
