7R sold a low-emission warehouse in K?ty Wroc?awskie (PL)

7R has sold a low-emission Green Saver warehouse in Katy Wrocławskie. The purchaser is EQT Exeter.

 

7R Park Wrocław West II is a warehouse with an area of 44,000m2, located near the A4 highway in Kąty Wrocławskie. It was put into operation in June 2024 and is fully leased to Yusen Logistics. This is a pioneering warehouse from the low-emission 7R Green Saver line. The facility was designed to achieve a 50% reduction in operational CO2 emissions and a 50% lower primary energy demand in comparison to Polish building code, thus providing significant savings for the tenant. - Investor interest in low-emission buildings is growing, and this trend is sure to continue, as the numbers provide undeniable evidence that this is the future of the warehousing sector. 

 

Our flagship Green Saver - 7R Park Wrocław West II generated outcome beyond expectations - a 67% reduction in CO2 emissions and a 79% lower primary energy demand. This is great news for both the tenant – Yusen Logistics, the purchaser and our investors,” said Chris Zeuner, co-CEO at 7R.

 

7R Park Wrocław West II achieved the highest score of 95.6% in BREEAM certification. It is the first such high rating at the Outstanding level for an industrial property in continental Europe.
