Workspace Group PLC sells The Planets residential development site in Woking, England for c. €15.2m. The site, which has planning consent for 366 residential units, has been sold at an 18% premium to March valuations. The development was acquired as part of the c. €318.2m million takeover of McKay Securities PLC in May 2022.
Chief Executive Officer Graham Clemett said: "This disposal is a further example of our strategy to continually recycle capital into our extensive project pipeline, whilst also strengthening our balance sheet."
