The redevelopment works for the landmark Hotel Bonvecchiati in Venice have commenced: Over the next two years, the project partners ECE Real Estate Partners, SORAVIA, and denkmalneu, will create a high-end 5-star lifestyle hotel with 168 rooms located just off St. Marks Square in the heart of the lagoon city and will operate under the exclusive Only YOU brand of the internationally active Palladium Hotel Group. The joint venture, led by ECE Lodging Recovery Fund, is investing €45m in the project with an expected opening in spring 2026.
The Bonvecchiati and Palace Bonvecchiati 4-star hotels will be upgraded into a single contemporary hotel.
The Bonvecchiati and Palace Bonvecchiati hotels in San Marco are being combined into 4-star hotels that will be upgraded into a single contemporary hotel. The historic courtyard will be restored to its Venetian style and serve as the main entrance. Lazaro Rosa Violan is creating a design.
