Westinvest acquires Berlin property for €85m (DE)

Westinvest Gesellschaft für Investmentfonds has acquired an office in Schellingstrasse 1 in Berlin for approximately €85m.

 

The Potsdamer Platz based building was completed in 1999 and has a total lettable area of around 18,500m².

 

The seller is a subsidiary of Orion European Real Estate Fund IV, C.V., which is sponsored by European real estate investment firm Orion Capital Managers.

 

JLL acted as exclusive advisor for the Seller in this transaction. Legal advisor to the Seller was King & Spalding. Legal advisor to the purchaser was GSK Stockmann + Kollegen.
