Tiscali International was ordered by the Utrecht court to meet the 15-year lease contract for their offices in Utrecht Leidsche Rijn.
Real Estate Fund Westersuyker rented the brand new office space to Tiscali in October 2002. The total space is 12.000m2, and annual rent amounts to approx. â⬠1,9 million.
Trading in shares of the real estate fund Westersuyker was suspended yesterday, pending the pressrelease about the outcome of the legal case.
