After negotiating for about a year with the municipalities involved, the CUDL and the Ãâ°tablissement Public Foncier, Insignia Bourdais ââ¬" CBRE in Lille have realised a transation of an old textile site between Vanoutryve and the Urban Community of Lille.
The site is situated in the heart of the Lille metropolis between Roubaix and Tourcoing. It is a site of approx. 20.000 mò and just 100 metres from a subway station and 200 metres from a trainstation. The amount of transaction is reportedly â⬠3.048.900,-.
