Trammell Crow expands in France with two key appointments

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), a leading commercial real estate developer, has strengthened its presence in France with the appointment of two key executives. Madi Ndiaye joins as Vice President, Development Investment, while James Beatty has been hired as Vice President, Development Management. Both will be based in TCC’s Paris office, focusing on logistics, industrial, and data centre development projects.

 

Madi Ndiaye transitions from Baytree France, a pan-European developer of industrial and logistics buildings, where he managed transactions and strategic planning. Before that, he was an Investment Manager at Telamon, specialising in principal and third-party investments. His role at TCC will involve sourcing, structuring, and executing development deals across France.

 

James Beatty brings over a decade of experience managing large-scale development projects in the UK and France. He previously served as Development Manager at Scannell Properties, overseeing logistics projects in both markets. Before that, he was a Senior Project Manager at Gleeds FranceBeatty, a qualified quantity surveyor, will focus on designing, budgeting, and managing technical aspects of development projects at TCC.

 

Alongside Sami Atallah, Capital Markets & Transactions Director, the new hires will play a pivotal role in TCC’s expansion strategy across France and Europe.
