Hospitality industry veterans John Hardy, president and CEO of The John Hardy Group, and Claude Amar, president and CEO of Luxembourg-based Square Group S.A., have formed a joint venture under The John Hardy Group International (JHGI) name.
The new company will provide hospitality project management services including development management, construction management, due diligence and property acquisition analysis, and an array of other property development services effective immediately, from offices in Paris, France.
Hardy noted, 'Claude and I have shared a commitment to project quality and financial stewardship that began when we apprenticed as architects together. This partnership formalizes our relationship and establishes a permanent JHG presence in Europe, enabling us to better support our customers with their global project management needs.'

Amar becomes International Managing Director for The John Hardy Group, responsible for JHG´s international operations and development.
