The Carlyle Group acquires 78,000 m in Montrouge (FR)

The Company of the ‘Compteurs de Montrouge’, part of the Group Schlumberger, has just sold its former seat of 78,000 m², situated on 50, avenue Jean-Jaurès in Montrouge (France), near the ‘Porte de Châtillon’ to The Carlyle Group.

The site is a campus of 8 hectares, consisting of 6 buildings with various sizes ranging from 3,000 to 30,000 m². The 78,000 m² are divided into 8,000 m² of recreational space, used by Areva, and 70,000 m² of office space, partially occupied. The site will undoubtedly be subject to a renovation or a restructuring.

In this transaction, Atisreal Auguste-Thouard acted as exclusive counsel of the selling party.
