Temprano Capital Partners, in collaboration with CPA:18 – Global, a fund managed by W. P. Carey Inc., has agreed to purchase a flying freehold from Equilis to develop a student residence in Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona just five minutes from the University Campus Sud UPC area.
TSL Diagonal Alto will be a student residence comprising approximately 370 studios within a 10,500 m2 building located above the Finestrelles Shopping Centre that is being developed by Equilis and includes a total gross living area of 40,000 m2 and 110 retail units.
Jamie Rea will be leading the project as part of the extensive development program being carried out by Temprano Capital Partners in Iberia.
TSL Diagonal Alto will open its doors to national and international students in early 2019 and will be managed by an international student residence operator.
