Recently the agreement between the Municipality of Eindhoven and TCN Property Projects was signed to develop the first phase of a 100,000 m2 Family Entertainment Center on a sight location alongside the A2 highway near Veldhoven.

The concept will use existing facilities, such as the trade fair hall Eindhoven (presently located near the Central Railway Station) to be moved to this so-called Trade Forum Area to create an integrated formula. When finished it will provide eight to ten different leisure facilities, such as a museum, retail outlets, restaurants, a movie theater, etc.), which will boost each other. It is expected that 3 million visitors will come here annually.
TCN Property Projects expects to start construction works during 2004 and the opening is expected in 2005/2006. Total investments of this first phase is EUR 90 million.
