Tamaris secures prime letting in Mannheim (DE)

Tamaris has secured a letting of 290 m² in P7 24, leased by Lührmann’s retail specialists. The opening took place at the end of September 2015.


"Mannheim, with its well-functioning commercial area and its balanced tenant mix, is an ideal location for Tamaris" says Lührmann’s Daniel Kroppmanns.


Tamaris is a part of Wortmann Schuh Holding KG, which was founded in 1967 by Horst Wortmann in Detmold. The Tamaris Collections can be found in more than 970 stores in 33 countries, making Tamaris one of the world’s most famous shoe brands. The Wortmann Group employs more than 1,150 people, including 722 in Europe, and expects to achieve a turnover of approx. €1 bln in the financial year 2014/2015.
