Vollack bauInvest has sold the “VISTA” office building to S?Immobilienvermögen, a subsidiary of Sparkasse Pforzheim Calw. The property, situated at the Campus Stubenwald business park in Bensheim, south-west Germany, totals c.6,500m² and was designed and developed by Vollack. The purchase price was not disclosed. The vendor was advised by Savills. Current tenants include Fair Isaac Germany (FICO), Cisco contact centres, with the ground-floor space is let to daycare centre “Kindertagesstätte Stubenwald".

The long-term leases of ten to fifteen years and intelligent space concepts, in particular, represent a forward-looking investment,” said Sven Eisele, Managing Director of S-Immobilien Pforzheim Calw and chief representative of Sparkasse Pforzheim Calw.
