The 7,200 m² plant is to be built by the end of 2010.

The project is supported by the authorities of Blonie City Hall and Ozarow commune. The investment will create 50 new workplaces.

Tomasz Olszewski, Partner, Head of Industrial Department of Cushman & Wakefield, said: "The recession has forced many investors to put off their land purchase decisions. Now a growing number think it is time to return to the market and restart negotiations. The growth of interest in land investment market in Poland results from the increased activity of tenants and companies purchasing properties for their own occupation."
