From September 16th to the 17th, Warsaw will host the 18th edition of the Shopping Center Forum. This is the largest regularly organised event that facilitates meetings for representatives of the commercial real estate industry in Central and Eastern Europe. Shopping Center Forum facilitates talks between tenants and developers, investors, financing institutions, technology providers, and commercial real estate managers. The event is divided into fairs, a conference, and two social events (Welcome Mixer and After Party) that enable networking and the flow of ideas and transactions.
What distinguishes SCF from other retail-focused events:
- The previous fall edition saw approx. 1,400 participants including investors, developers, and tenants, but also comprised expansion managers from 320 retail chains.
- This year, 170 developer projects are expected to be highlighted.
