SEB ImmoInvest and SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund win S&P Fund Awards 2005 (DE)

The SEB ImmoInvest and SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund open-ended real estate funds were named best funds in their class at the "S & P Fund Awards 2005". The annual winners are chosen on the basis of continuity of performance over different periods.

The independent rating agency awarded the prize to SEB ImmoInvest for the best results over a ten-year period â€" the fifth year running the Fund has won the award over this period. Over a five-year time frame SEB ImmoInvest came second, as in 2003 and 2004.
The other prize was awarded to SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund for the best result in a one-year comparison. The Fund generated a performance of 7.3% in the past year.

With this success at the eleventh S & P Awards, SEB Immobilien-Investment GmbH has underpinned its position as a leading fund manager. SEB ImmoInvest is the most successful open-ended real estate fund in Germany, having won a total of 16 awards since 1995. Investors also find this continued success compelling. SEB ImmoInvest accounted for approximately 22% of the sector's EUR 3,058 million total sales in terms of fund units; in terms of the fund volume, its market share increased from 5.0% to 5.7%.
