SEB Immobilien-Investment GmbH, an investment vehicle of SEB Immobilien, acquired shopping center 'DAS ES!' south of Stuttgart, on behalf of the open-ended real estate fund SEB ImmoInvest. The center also includes office space and comprises in total 22,500 m2. The center is fully let.
With additional acquisitions in trade and service centers the SEB Immobilien-Investment wants to further diversify its portfolio. Primary focus this year is on the economic regions in the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Ruhr areas, as well as France and Italy. Moreover, the company is seriously consider to expand its operations, noticeably in Spain.
As per mid-October total funds of SEB ImmoInvest amount ot EUR 3.2 bln.
