Savills is moving its HQ to Masarycka project in Prague (CZ)

Savills is moving its headquarters as of March 2025, to new office space within the Masarycka project in the centre of Prague.

"The Czech Republic is recognized as a stable economy, making it a trusted market for commercial real estate operations. Savills entry into the Czech market in 2017 was a strategic and logical decision, and it has proven to be highly successful. The company's growth and the expansion of its service offerings are clear indicators of this success. I am confident that our professional and experienced team will be able to thrive in such a prestigious building, and the modern work premises will provide an exceptional environment for our clients, existing staff and prospective employees. The new offices at Masarycka symbolically mark the beginning of the next chapter for Savills," said Stuart Jordan, CEO of Savills CEE.

Pavel Streblov, Business Director of Penta Real Estate, added: "Masarycka is our flagship, world-class project, there is no building of similar calibre in Prague during the last quarter of a century. The wider surroundings of Masaryk Railway Station are changing from a neglected brownfield into a modern business district, a popular location for leading Czech and international companies. We are glad that Savills also joined the club. The offices in Masarycka are currently completely sold out.

Penta Real Estate completed the Masarycka project at the end of 2023. From the outset, the project has attracted significant attention from both the professional community and the general public, even far beyond the country's borders. Designed by the world-renowned Zaha Hadid Architects, Masarycka consists of two buildings with unique architecture, offering prestigious AAA-class office spaces and two floors of premium retail areas. Both Masarycka buildings have received the international LEED Platinum certification for green buildings.
