SAMEDAY acquired Pactic Group. Following the expansion of its out-of-home delivery infrastructure in Bulgaria and Hungary, this new transaction aligns with SAMEDAY's strategy to create an open delivery area in the region and improve its presence in both markets.
The acquisition will enhance SAMEDAY's cross-border delivery services and provide clients access to a wider range of delivery options. Pactic Group, founded in 2010, offers services to e-tailers and SMEs, handling around 3.5 million deliveries in 2023 with a turnover of c. €15m.
"We believe in borderless delivery services that provide customers with the same high-quality experience, whether in Romania, Hungary, or Bulgaria. Acquiring the Pactic Group is another step in SAMEDAY's plan to improve its presence in the region. We remain committed to reaching 8,500 delivery points in the three countries we operate in by the end of the year, through new easybox units as well as the introduction of shop-in-shop solutions," said Lucian Baltaru, CEO of SAMEDAY Group.
