Roca Industry has completed the acquisition of 70% of Workshop Doors' share capital for €6m. As per the terms of the deal, Roca Industry can also opt to purchase an additional 30% of Workshop Doors' shares.
Workshop Doors has been operating in the interior door market since 2009, and it has two production facilities in Reghin and Petelea, Mures county. In the previous financial year (2023), the company achieved an estimated turnover of €9.8 million and an EBITDA of over €2.4 million, with a significant portion of its production exported.
