Renaissance building in Warsaw acquired by GLL Real Estate Partners (PL)

CBRE is pleased to announce the purchase of Renaissance, one of the most prestigious properties in Warsaw. A fund managed by GLL Real Estate Partners has acquired the Property from Falcon Real Estate Investments, a real estate investment vehicle comprised of Spanish private investors.

CBRE acted as the exclusive advisor during the acquisition process.

The Renaissance building is a class-A mixed-use office and retail building developed in 2005, with 5,230 m² of GLA. The property is situated on Plac Zbawiciela, which is one of the most prestigious locations in Warsaw with significant retail, leisure and ancillary services for its tenants.
