Refield is constructing retail parks in Ciechanow and Bartoszyce (PL)

Work has commenced on Refield’s construction of two modern retail parks in Ciechanow and Bartoszyce after obtaining valid building permits. These investments are expected to become significant landmarks on the commercial map of Poland, providing residents with a wide array of products and services.

Pasaz Ciechanowski's location will be at the city loop roundabout (Gostkowskiej and Prymasa Tysiaclecia streets). The facility will comprise of five modern buildings with a combined area of almost 11,000m2 GLA. The commercialization of the investment has reached 80% a year before its planned opening. The primary tenants of the park will include the grocery operator Biedronka, stores from the CCC group (CCC, HalfPrice, Worldbox), the fashion brand Sinsay, the multi-brand sports chain store Martes Sport, the large-scale discounter Woolworth, and the drug stores DM and Hebe. The opening of the park is scheduled for the second half of 2025.

Pasaz Bartoszycki will be situated at the roundabout, at the intersection of Gdanska and Pileckiego streets. The entire shopping complex has a total gross leasable area of approximately 15,000m2 and over 20 stores constituting a complementary mix of tenants. The investment includes two grocery operators and a DIY operator. The park's offerings will encompass numerous clothing stores, discount stores, drug stores, and other recognizable brands that will attract a wide range of customers. The opening of the park is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025, but the level of commercialization of the property is already close to 50%.

The commencement of the investment in Ciechanow and Bartoszyce is an important step in the implementation of our long-term development vision. Our goal for the next two years is to build and put into use over 100,000m2 of modern retail space in various regions of Poland, which will meet the needs of both residents and our business partners,” said Fabian Eryk Barbarowicz, President of Refield.

The implementation of the projects is the responsibility of P.H.U. Gra-MAR, with whom Refield has been cooperating for years.

We are proud to continue our cooperation with Refield on such important projects as Pasaż Ciechanowski and Pasaz Bartoszycki. This is the third construction for Refield, which we are implementing at the same time, as the construction of Pasaz in Zwolen has been underway since May. Our experience and commitment allow us to implement investments at the highest level, which we have proven in previous projects in Golub Dobrzyń, Kepno and Grodzisk Wielkopolski,” said Joanna Wozniak, Owner of P.H.U. Gra-MAR.

Refield consistently implements its strategy of building modern retail parks in key locations throughout Poland. Attention to every detail, cooperation with experienced partners and a responsible approach to development are the elements that make Refield investments attractive to both tenants and customers.
