Radisson Hotel Group, in partnership with Redevco announced the arrival of its Radisson Collection brand in Paris in 2027.
It will be located near the Louvre Museum and Le Marais, in the highly anticipated BPM (Beats Per Minute) development. This mixed-use development takes place in a heritage-protected Haussman building which has recently commenced its rehabilitation work.
Redevco's mixed-use urban project, BPM is designed by Franklin Azzi Architecture. The project covers over 13,000m2 and prioritizes fluidity and environmental excellence. It includes 3,000m2 of retail space on the ground and first floor, 4,000m2 of office space on the second to fourth floors, and a 57-room hotel on the fifth to eighth floors with a green rooftop open to the public. The rooftop offers an uninterrupted 360-degree view of all Parisian landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, and Notre Dame.

Located on Rue de Rivoli, the hotel is just 45 minutes from Charles de Gaulle airport and 30 minutes from Paris-Orly Airport. It is also located next to Metro line 1.
