Redevco, one of Europe’s largest privately owned real estate managers, has appointed Simon Marx as its new Head of Research, effective 1 April 2025. Based in London, Marx will report to Veronica Gallo-Alvarez, Head of Investment Management, and lead the development of data-driven insights to shape Redevco’s strategic direction.

Marx joins from Lothbury Investment Management, where he served as Head of Research. His previous roles span LaSalle Investment Management, CoStar, Experian, CBRE, and EY. He is also affiliated with Bayes Business School, Henley Business School, and the Association of Real Estate Funds.
