Redevco buys shopping center in Sweden (SE)

Redevco has made a second transaction in Sweden. The company has purchased shopping center Värmdö in Stockholm for €30 million from developer Värmdö Byggentreprenader.

The shopping center is situated in one of the quickest growing regions of Sweden and comprises 35 shopping units, with crowd pullers like ICA and Willys. The center offers a total of 15,000 m² of shopping space and 525 parking spaces.

Värmdö is an open shopping center with occupants like Dressmann, Lindex and Expert. For the transaction Redevco was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
