RealStep SICAF has purchased 13,000m² property located in Via Barrella 6, in Milan, Italy. The vendor, Savills IM was advised by Dils.
The redevelopment of the building is part of RealStep's broader project for the Certosa area, which is strategically close to the Bovisa Campus (Politecnico di Milano), Sacco Hospital and MIND, the innovative district, which will host the future Campus of Università Statale. The area benefits as well from the proximity of the Certosa railway station, future stop of the Circle Line, and F. Verga public park of about 200,000m².
